So, as many of you know, life is crazy insane at JGP! I appreciate your patience, and want to give you some time lines so that we are all on the same page. I want to promise everyone a few things first…I work in order of appointments and then by first to order. What this means is: I begin editing each clients photos in order of their shoot. After they are posted, gallery given an ordering appointment takes place. Orders are then placed once payment is received. If you have placed an order, but your payment has not been received, then once that is done, your order will process. A lot is going on and with so many shoots, orders, etc. The typical time frame of 2 weeks etc. is a little off. I will however shoot, edit, post and order to the fastest of my ability. Everyone is anxious and most are patient. Just want you to know what goes on behind the scenes and with 35+ clients things get a little crazy. So….all of that being said. No worries on your galleries or orders, just a friendly reminder on patience. Please remember orders begin when payment has arrived to me.
DEADLINES:
- Photo shoots are over. I will not be accepting any more photo shoot appointments for 2008. If you are already scheduled then this does not include you.
- All orders that are for Christmas must be ordered no later than DECEMBER 5th. Remember that when your gallery expires, there is a $25.00 re-hosting fee. Please plan to place your order within the week your gallery is available. This is part of the timing of my work flow process.
- As soon as your order has arrived, you will be contacted for pickup.
Thanks again for your patience. Holidays are so much fun but I know that we are all on deadlines. I am hoping to get your photos, orders, and gifts all done in a very quick and timely manner.
